Personalised & Custom Products
Because personalised and engraved drumsticks are made specifically to your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items if you change your mind.
Please ensure all engraving text, spelling, and font selections are correct before completing your purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will happily offer:

Or a refund, where appropriate

Non-Personalised Products
For non-personalised items, returns or exchanges may be accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Items must be:

In original condition
Returned within a reasonable timeframe
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
