Personalised and engraved products are made to order based on the information provided by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
Spelling and text are correct
Font selections are correct
Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
We do not store credit card or payment information.
5. Shipping
We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and delivery times may vary depending on location and production time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of engraved products, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is faulty or an error has been made by us.
For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
